A lot of peat! - that means the Gaelic name "Turf Mór".
Connemara is known for an untypical Irish whiskey, complex and very peaty in the taste.

Aroma: a lot of smoke and intense peat flavors, with slightly salty notes and an elegant sweet spice
Taste: at the beginning a soft sweetness, then stronger peat smoke with spicy oak notes
Finish: long and surprisingly dry on the finish - again the peat smoke

schöne Torfnote, vielleicht ein bisschen zu trocken, gute Süße am Anfang. Zum Schluß hin etwas Eiche.

Nicht so Torfig wie erwartet war ein wenig enttäuscht. Habe mir aber sagen lassen den Whsiky gibt es noch mit ca 56 Prozent Alc. Die tätem diesem auch besser . Nicht schlecht aber ausbaufähig.
