Tullibardine ripened this single malt for 12 additional months in former Spanish Sherry-Butts, each containing 500 liters (hence the number on the label).

Aroma: Toffee and ripe apples, then spicy aromas and brown cane sugar
Taste: again the toffee, cooked fruits honey and some cinnamon - in the background dates and spicy allspice
Departure: long and very creamy on the finish with clearly toffee and butterscotch - almonds ground over all
