Aroma: clearly pine nuts and fresh chestnuts, followed by the typical Springbank flavors, some iodine and malt with a delicate touch of peat
Taste: Rich in flavor with a nice balance of lemon jam on toast and caramelized, roasted marshmallows - vanilla and ground pepper behind
Departure: delicate on the finish with a soft salt note, with honey marinated ham
