Product information "Edradour Ballechin 8 Year Old in 2008 46% vol. 0,7l"
For this bottling Edradour chose an exSherry cask, distilled in 2008 and three exBourbon barrels with the peated version of Edradour (Ballechin).
The barrels were married to each other and bottled as an 8-year cuvée.

Aroma: slightly smoky aromas, with spicy notes of cloves and Canehl - dark chocolate
Taste: creamy with clearly malty notes, some orange and raisins - smoky notes behind, some fruit and some ginger
Finish: a long finish - with fruity notes, smoke and cocoa powder

Länger am Gaumen gelassen, entfalten sich die Aromen zum vollen Ausdruck, das "Hinschmecken" in die Differenzierungen ist einfach genial! Die gerne allseits benutzten Standards reichen nicht aus!
