The Vault Edition is named after Bowmore's oldest warehouse - the No.1 Vaults.
There will be four editions in this series, with each edition focusing on one of the four flavors Atlantic Sea Salt, Peat-Smoked Perfection, Full-bodied Fruitiness and Silky Sweetness.
The first edition clearly shows the proximity of the distillery to the sea and the sea salt note contained in the single malts.
Nose: sweet honey and ripe fruits, with aromas of cocoa
Taste: again the fruits, with a slight sweetness, then develops a slight hint of salt
Finish: a long finish with a light sweetness - in the background, some sea salt
