First, the single malt whiskey matured for six years in first-fill exBourbon barrels and then three years in refill exBarolo Wine-Hogsheads.
Limited bottling with a circulation of 10,800 bottles worldwide.
Aroma: elegant sweet aromas of confectionery and fruit salad, roasted almonds, ice cream sorbet and soft fruits
Taste: peppery with light tannins, then dried fruits - especially raisins, in the background coconut meat
Finish: medium-long and dry on the finish - cane sugar and chocolate with pineapple and vanilla, cooked fruit - moist clothes behind!

Sehr runder Hazelburn für sein junges Alter. Rotwein passt super zu Brenncharakter!

Faßstärke und nur 9 Jahre. Sehr viele Aromen. Vermutlich kommt noch mehr heraus, wenn man mit Wasser verdünnt, aber dafür fehlt mir die Erfahrung. Man kann ihn jedenfalls auch in Faßstärke sehr gut trinken.
