Dalwhinnie is the highest distillery in Scotland and produces a very aromatic, gentle, almost sensual malt. Dalwhinnie is an important ingredient in the Blends Black & White and Dimple.
Nose: clearly toffee and sugared fruits - especially apple, pear and nectarine - in the background spicy, light smoke
Taste: malty with nutty notes, honey and vanilla - spicy heather tones with some smoke
Finish: long finish - again the malt and the nuts
