The storage period is about seven to eight years.
Since 2012, this classic celebrates its comeback thanks to the Corby Spirit & Wine Ltd., which has brought the old recipes back to life.
Nose: clearly dark dried fruits - prunes and raisins are in the foreground, spicy aromas of cloves and cinnamon behind - slight smoky tones in the background
Taste: sweet caramel and cane sugar with vanilla - then spicy with ginger and pepper, some nutmeg and charcoal
Finish: long, spicy finish, again cloves and cinnamon - and the vanilla is back - toasted bread and rye are recognizable

War ok, aber man muss Rye mögen, ich kann die Qualität schmecken, leider bin ich kein Rye Fan
