Kilchoman's Sanaig to try in the 50ml bottle!
Sanaig is a composition of 4- and 5-year-old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks, the proportion of exSherry casks used here is significantly higher than for the Machir Bay bottling

Nose: soft fruits with caramel and vanilla
Taste: Toffee and peat smoke - then light citrus notes and a gentle sweetness
Finish: very nice balance between peat smoke, ripe fruit and sweetness

Sehr torfig. Kilchoman ist derzeit meine Favoritendestillerie. Alle Sorten, die ich hatte, waren rauchig/torfig und trotzdem nicht zu kräftig.
