In 2016, Glenfarclas presents two bottlings from the coveted Christmas series, both bottled in August 2016.
This bottling was distilled on 27.12.1989, four exOloroso sherry casks were selected, these were married to each other and bottled in August 2016 after more than 26 years to only 1,200 bottles.

A noble single malt whiskey with complex fruit and sherry notes.

Ein wunderbarer Whisky mit dem Weihnachten nochmal so schön war. Man merkt ihm sein Alter an.
Eine wahre Sherrybombe mit vielen Aromen die sich nach und nach erschließen.
Mit diesem Whisky kann man den Abend verbringen und man schmeckt immer noch etwas neues.

Sehr intensiver Oloroso-Sherry-Whisky. Tolle Fruchtnoten, welche an ein sehr süßes und cremiges Orangenmarmelade erinnern, gepaart mit ledrig-alten Eichengeschmack. Ein toller Glenfarclas.
