The Blender's Dog is a blended Irish whiskey made from exBourbon and ex-Sherry casks, named after the tool used to extract samples from a barrel - a kind of copper pipette attached to a chain that can be closed with a cork.

Aroma: fruity with aromas of dates and figs, then tropical fruits, especially pineapple and mango - in the background nuts and vanilla
Taste: creamy in taste - again the fruits and nuts, then warm pastries and soft caramel
Finish: very long on the finish, the fruits are preserved for a long time
