First stored in American exBourbon barrels, then refilled for a second maturation period in exPedro Ximénenz sherry casks.

Aroma: creamy-spicy with aromas of chocolate and roasted almonds - then sweet sultanas and dark pies
Taste: again the chocolate, ground coffee, sweet dates and fresh figs
Finish: peppery with spicy oak and warm cigar smoke - slightly sweetish
