Product information "Huxley Rare genus Whiskey 42% vol. 0,7l"
The master blender Caroline Martin of Whiskey Union likes to rummage around in libraries in old books.
One day she came across a story by the English biologist Thomas Henry Huxley - a renowned 19th-century scientist. Huxley discovered on an America trip an animal, as no one had seen before him, the face and the body of a cat, on the back the wings of an eagle and on the head a huge antler - like a moose.
Huxley was confused and desperate, so he did not believe what he had seen, the entity he gave the name Mobsprey (a pun on Bobcat - in German cat, Moose, in German moose and Osprey, in German osprey).

Caroline Martin also noticed that the three Mobsprey animals came from three different countries, namely Scotland, USA and Canada - and so she came up with the idea of uniting these three big whiskey (e) countries in one drink - the Huxley!

Aroma: fresh citrus flavors and soft fruity notes
Taste: Fine buttery caramel and a peppery spice - tropical fruits behind
Departure: smoky on the finish, again the tropical fruits
