Product information "Tomatine Contrast 46% vol. 2x 0.35l"
This limited edition makes it clear how big the influence of different types of cask on the whiskey is.
Barrels from the years 1973, 1977, 1988, 1991, 2002 and 2006 were used for each Vatting.
For Bourbon Matured bottling only former Bourbon barrels, for Sherry Matured bottling only barrels in which Sherry previously stored.

Contrast - Bourbon Matured
Aroma: golden syrup and mild honey, then lemon and lime, almonds and macadamia nuts - in the background vanilla and vanilla sauce
Taste: sweet vanilla and again the vanilla sauce, also the lemon comes back - then pineapple and raspberries with sweet cane sugar
Finish: fresh on the finish with a pleasant sweetness

Contrast - Sherry Matured
Aroma: fresh apple toffee cake and juicy fruit cake with raisins and syrup
Taste: Spicy with cinnamon and cloves, followed by green pepper and fresh fruit jam
Finish: pleasant mouthfeel - oily with spicy notes

Edition: 5,400 with individual numbering
