Slyrs has had his whiskeys ripened for a few years in a variety of barrel types, the results are much praised and celebrated - so stored this bottling after three years of aging in oak barrels for another 14 months in former Sauternes wine barrels from the French Bordeaux.

Aroma: fresh citrus flavors, soft with clear traces of dessert wine
Taste: elegant notes of honey and vanilla, with a spicy note
Departure: long and warming on the finish - again the spiciness and the honeys
