Product information "Kilchoman 100% Islay 6th Edition 50% vol. 0,7l"
For the sixth time, Islay Distillery Kilchoman presents the 100% Islay Edition.
The barley used is home-grown - malted with a phenol content of only 200ppm, this single malt whiskey is much easier pitched than the standard bottling Machir Bay - so come here much fruity notes and a pleasant sweetness to the fore.
The bottling is a Vatting of 6-year fresh and refilled Bourbon Barrels and is 50% vol. Alcohol, naturally unchillfiltered and without dye, bottled.

Aroma: light and fresh in the nose with a light peat flavor
Taste: fresh and light in the taste, clearly lemon and lime with a balanced sweetness
Departure: long finish, the fruity sweetness and the elegant peat smoke remain present for a long time
