A youthful Caol Ila with an unmistakable Islay touch!
Distilled on September 20, 2010, the two selected former Bourbon Barrels were stored until September 20, 2019, before Signatory bottled them in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection with an alcohol content of 46%vol.
Nose: lots of sea and seaweed, wet ropes and canvas - above all peat smoke and spicy aromas
Taste: for the age very oily and creamy in the taste, much peat and camp fire smoke, phenolic notes and spicy oak
Finish: long finish, now sweeter, dark caramel with peat and ash
