Whipper Snapper - in German the greenhorn or cheeky - is a young spirit that is not yet a whiskey due to its age of six months to two years.
Distilled from 79% corn and 21% barley in pot stills.
Aroma: fresh corn and malt are clear, with slightly fruity notes of sour cherries
Taste: youthful-sweet in the taste - slightly creamy, cane sugar, vanilla, corn and malt
Departure: slightly warming on the finish with a light sweetness and again the corn
