Distilled from malted rye and heavily malted rye (Chocolate Rye) - a rye with a rich rye note, lots of sweetness and spice!
Nose: lots of rye, a lot of spice and some fruit
Taste: soft in the taste, in addition to the rye note now comes an intense chocolate and nougat note, sweet cane sugar and marshmallows
Finish: long and spicy on the finish - in addition to rye clearly nutmeg and cloves - behind black pepper

Sehr würzig und dicht. Eine leichte karamellige Süße. Leicht bitter im Abgang, aber nicht störend. Toller Whiskey mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Bester Rye den ich bisher hatte. Komme mit Bourbon nicht klar. Alternative zum üblichen Malt aus Schottland. >Hand crafted. Die Jungs sind innovativ.
