The ninth bottling in the Master's Collection range - this Kentucky Straight Bourbon first matured in new, burned out American White Oak barrels, then matured in former Pinot Noir barrels of California's Sonoma-based winery for additional ripening that gave the whiskey its elegant color. Cutrer.
Aroma: strong aromas of red fruits and berries, above a mix of spices - especially cinnamon and cloves - then some oak and dark caramel
Taste: warming-fruity in the taste with clearly cherry, raspberry and blueberry - then spicier, paired with a light sweet oak note
Finish: long and warming on the finish - fruity and earthy notes
