Rumbullion! in Navy Strength - a wonderfully spiced rum with cardamom, cloves and Madagascan vanilla.
Presented in an extraordinary bottle, wrapped in brown paper, wrapped in a cord at the bottleneck and sealed with black wax.

Nose: incredibly intense aromas of fresh vanilla and flamed orange, spicy with orange peel, cola syrup, cloves, cardamom and oak
Taste: complex with strong vanilla notes, again cola-syrup, molasses and honey - with cinnamon and cream caramel - in the background oranges and cloves
Finish: exceptionally long finish with cinnamon, allspice, warm vanilla sauce and apples

Wow - der hat Geschmack!

Ein absoluter Traum für mich. Ja, etwas kräuterlastig. Und ja, etwas "erhöhter" Alkoholgehalt. Aber das tut dem Genuß keinen Abbruch. Die Geschmacksexplosion in gesamten Mund ist einzigartig, das sollte man mal erlebt haben. Wenn man mal mit Freunden eine kleine "Rumtour" macht, und verschiede Sorten verkostet, gehört dieser Rum in jedem Fall ans Ende der Reise - denn danach schmecken alle anderen irgendwie leer und fad.

Sehr guter Rum, der mehr einem Kräuterschnaps gleicht...
Leider war die Flasche durch den Transport beschädigt, denn das ganze Wachs lag zerbröselt in der Verpackung... sah nicht mehr so toll aus wie die Vorgänger...

Genau was ich erwartet habe. Seine 57 % merkt man zwar an seiner mächtigkeit, wirkt dabei aber nicht zu streng. Geschmack ist richtig gut

Fast wie ein Kräuterschnaps nur viel viel besser! Unglaublich mundfüllend und er bleibt unheimlich lange in jedem Winkel des Mundes. Der Geschmack wird durch die 57% auf keinen Fall gestört. Für mich einer des Besten, obwohl ich den Rumbullion mit 42,6% auch sehr mag.
