Aroma: Chocolate and sweet dates with cinnamon - with cane sugar and light leather tones, nutmeg and cloves - spicy chillies in the background
Taste: spicy, roasted oak, then dark raisins and cooked fruits from the local orchard, especially apples and pears - vanilla, orange and ginger behind
Finish: fruity finish with vanilla and oak
