Hyde's third bottling is named after Áras an Uachtaráin, the White House of the Irish President, and in 1916 it commemorates the Easter Rising in Dublin - a turning point in Irish history that initiated the country's independence.

Hyde no. 3 is a 6-year-old Irish Single Grain Whisky matured in battered former Jack Daniels Bourbon Barrels.
The maturation in heavily burned barrels give the Whisky a dark color, luscious caramel and spicy notes.

Nose: cinnamon and cloves, with sweet caramel - spicy with sweet aromas of American Bourbons
Taste: robust and spicy with notes of ground pepper, with buttery vanilla and charcoal - clearly oak
Finish: long and pleasant on the finish - silky, again the oak and barley
