A single exSherry Butt from 2002 was selected for bottling by Wemyss and whiskey critic and author Charles MacLean and bottled in 2015 at only 820 bottles.
Aroma: like an old leather armchair in a library, with pipe tobacco and a steaming cup of espresso with biscotti, peppered with pecans and orange peel
Taste: roasted coffee and dark chili chocolate, then fresh toast with jam - in the background olive paste and dried ham
Finish: warming and oily on the finish, some orange peel - long-lasting
Single-barrel filling - edition of 820 bottles
