In the 1950s, the flights of the German airline Lufthansa started with the premixed on the ground, the most popular cocktails of the passengers-the space and time on board!
The small bottler Small Big Brands resurrects this time and presents a handful of cocktails of that time in a contemporary guise.

The cocktail Pear Gimlet is based on a London Dry Gin, in addition Lime Cordial and pear brandy - the British Navy gave this mix earlier on board for the prevention of scurvy ...
This variant is elegantly refreshed with pear brandy.

A fruity-spicy cocktail, slightly floral with some citrus and pear in the taste.

Serving suggestion:
Pour 80ml Pear Gimlet over 4-5 egg cubes and stir, garnish with a piece of lemon and enjoy.
Extend long drink with a dash of soda and serve with a few mint leaves
