UNCLE VAL'S Botanical Gin 45% vol. 0,7l
The family Sebastiani, who emigrated from Italy to the USA, distilled the Uncle Val's Gins in California.
Zio Valerio, an uncle of the Sebastiani family, was famous for his love of gardening and his Tuscan cooking. What he used to cook spices for his traditional Tuscan dishes inspired the composition of the botanicals for Uncle Val's Botanical Gin.
Juniper berries give the classic herb-spicy gin taste, cucumbers provide the freshness and a slightly cooling taste sensation, lemon peels for perfect harmony and the aromatic kick, sage for the soul and lavender for fine, floral nuances.
Finally, the gin is filtered through coal and lava stone.
Nose: fragrant like Tuscany - warm, intense and spicy
Taste: complex and intense, juniper and sage predominate, followed by the refreshing notes of lemon and the warm notes of lavender - finally the aromatic cucumber - cool, fresh and pleasantly different

Maximal würziger, unverkennbarer Gin.

Rund und mild im Geschmack, leichte Botanical Note aber nicht zu viel davon. Wachholder spürbar, aber eher im Hintergrund.

Sicherlich kein klassischer Einsteigergin, geschmacklich absolut empfehlenswert!! Ich hab ihn pur getrunken um den tollen Geschmack zu genießen.
