Royal Brackla's flagship - the 21-year-old single malt from Scotland's first distillery, which is allowed to carry the royal "Royal", matured in exBourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
Aroma: pronounced aromas of dark chocolate, juicy raisins and brown cane sugar - plus fresh mango and spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon - some licorice
Taste: pleasantly soft - again the raisins and the mango, then apples and caramel - in the background orange, cinnamon and some barley
Finish: dry on the finish with a lot of spice and malt

Lecker, aber für 21 Jahre nicht genug Tiefgang. Ebenso hätten ihm einige paar Prozent mehr gut zu Gesicht gestanden.
