Glendronach surprises at regular intervals with exclusive single cask bottlings - this single malt whiskey was distilled on 27.09.1995 and matured over 19 years in a former Pedro Ximenez sherry keg (Puncheon).
The barrel was bottled in August 2015 to only 683 bottles.
Aroma: clear Demerara sugar and freshly ground barley, with strong aromas of sherry and pears
Taste: candied fruit and sweet apricot syrup, then cocoa and again the sherry
Finish: warming finish with a delicate oak note
