Both barrels were ripened together in a fresh exSherry Butt.
Aroma: soft fruits - banana and cinnamon - then apple, ginger and shortbread
Taste: vanilla sauce and burnt sugar, followed by lemon and warm apple pie
Finish: notes of pear and milk chocolate
