Murray McDavid bought three barrels of Grain Whiskey Malt and Grain Distillery Loch Lomond when they were 10 years old.
The barrels were transferred to fresh exBourbon barrels by Murray McDavid and stored for another eight years.
The result was a creamy, fruity-malty single grain whiskey.
Aroma: fresh vanilla, creamy malt flavors, lemon and tropical fruits
Taste: very creamy, again the fruits and the vanilla cream brulee, pastries and rhubarb with vanilla sauce
Finish: pleasantly sweet finish with lots of vanilla and malt
