Aroma: sweet, juicy raisins, with brown sugar, ginger and pastries - slightly nutty in the background with some oak
Taste: again the raisins, now with oranges, much spicier with notes of ginger and cinnamon - behind it, slightly earthy notes of old sherry
Finish: sweet, brown sugar and lemon - then spicy
