Wemyss fills a lonely hogshead with just 247 bottles.
Aroma: Lots of fresh green apples, with lots of mint and sugar syrup - then flavors of glazed cherries, honey and jasmine develop
Taste: now the apples are baked on a fresh apple pie with buttercream! It is joined by oatmeal cookies and sultanas - notes of almonds and calvados in the background
Departure: soft and full-bodied on the finish, now again the fresh apples and lemon mint
