Founded in 1855 in Edinburgh, the distillery The Caledonian was for a long time the largest grain distillery in Scotland.
Caledonian was closed in 1987, now beer is brewed here.
Aroma: sweet, soft fruits like peach, ripe melon and orange, with some vanilla and fresh oak
Taste: slightly sweet and oily in the taste - soft notes of chocolate and vanilla with warm, spicy notes - creamy with burnt sugar and cocoa
Finish: complex, long finish - slightly oily with dark chocolate and oak
Edition: 5,060 bottles with individual numbering
