Pittyvaich was only a very short life, founded in 1975, experimented from 1993 here only with new distillation methods.
Finally, the company was shut down in 2002.
Aroma: Honey and fruits at the beginning - especially apple, banana and pineapple - then joins aromas of malt and vanilla
Taste: soft and sweet in the taste - the fruity notes are now more reminiscent of soft dried fruit, with nutty notes and some toffee
Departure: long and warming on the finish - a light sweetness of honey, then spicier with some peat smoke in the background
Limited bottling in barrel size with a circulation of 5,922 bottles with individual numbering
