The Scottish distillery Speyside is located in the Speyside - under the name Beinn Dubh, the distillery fills a whiskey stored in heavily burnt ex port wine barrels from the Douro Valley in Portugal - the result is a single malt whiskey from extremely dark color.
Aroma: fresh fruits, raisins and sultanas - with dark chocolate
Taste: blackcurrant and much, much more of the dark chocolate - with toasted notes and fruity sweetness
Finish: long finish with many dark fruits and pronounced toasted notes
