Aroma: clear smoke and peat, with intense aromas of dark berries - and dark chocolate
Taste: the smoke is first in the foreground, then fruity, the sherry barrel is unmistakable - raisins, ripe plums and cherries - you can feel the proximity of the distillery to the sea, sea salt and damp sand
Finish: salty and sweet on the finish - again the peat smoke and the fruity notes
