The 12-year-old Redbreast in barrel strength - bottled in small batches - a genuine Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey!

Aroma: a true fruit explosion! Figs, dates, ripe bananas, sultanas, red apples and limes - with a slight spiciness, sweet vanilla and some pine
Taste: dried fruit, a hint of citrus with aromatic oils and spices - again the vanilla sweetness, then roasted oak and barley
Finish: exceptionally long finish, rich in spicy notes and fruit, sweet butterscotch, some barley

Sehr guter Whisky!!! Hatte etwas mehr erwartet als Cask Strength aber wenn man ihn stehen lässt und mit Wasser, dann ist es Genuß pur!

Eine wahre Geschmacksüberraschung, die man so nicht erwartet. Zu kostbar für 2 Drinks am gleichen Abend...aber was soll`s :-)...er ist einfach zu lecker. Ein wenig Wasser holt wie üblich die Fruchtaromen hoch und da kommt eine ganze Obstschüssel. Viel Spaß.

Wahnsinn!

Ich bin ein absoluter Anfänger. Konnte aber die Finger nicht von lassen.
Wem die Prozente doch zu hoch sind, der fügt ein paar Tropfen Wasser hinzu.
Das Wasser hinzutreufeln ist auch eine gute Idee um die Aromen besser zu erschmecken,
so meine Meinung.
