Aroma: Pudding with syrup and pickled strawberries, behind it clearly redcurrants, roasted sweet potatoes and a hint of paprika and nutmeg
Taste: Now currant jam, maple syrup, pomegranate and cranberry - followed by caramel-coated waffles, sandalwood and eucalyptus
Finish: full-bodied and hearty with subtle notes of cloves and cardamom
