For 17 long years, this single malt whiskey matured in a barrel before Wemyss bottled the cask on just 307 bottles.
Aroma: very fruity with clearly star fruit, pomelo, lemon and pickled cherries, grilled pineapple, sweet pastries and vanilla sauce
Taste: juicy tangerines - reminiscent of sorbet - then peaches and pears in sweet syrup - some pink pepper and star anise
Finish: long, velvety finish with an elegant, stimulating spice
