This London Dry Gin is made according to an old recipe in a copper blister after traditional London Dry Gin rules.
The selected botanicals are macerated in alcohol and then distilled.
The Gunroom London Dry Gin is produced directly in London and is, as the name implies, "dry" - not sweetened.
After distillation, the gin matures in former whiskey barrels for 45-60 days, giving the gin its unique, soft notes of juniper and a touch of vanilla that blends in well with the spicy notes and orange peel.
