For seven years, this Scottish single malt matured in ex bourbon barrels of the US Buffalo Trace distillery.
Aroma: Citrus fruits, especially lime, buttersctoch and soft Torm flavors in the background
Taste: initially a soft sweetness and elegant peat smoke - then develop fruity notes
Finish: long finish, pure and sweet - again the peat smoke and soft, ripe fruit
Phenol content: 50ppm
