The Old Evan Williams distillery produces an exclusive Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey - the icing on the cake is the single barrel bottlings!
These are bottled at the age of about nine years and surprise with a convincing quality.
Aroma: sweet with clearly vanilla, warm cinnamon aromas and a soft oak note
Taste: a lot of soft toffee, then notes of rye and cloves - orange and charcoal
Departure: in the finish a lot of caramel and fruit and again clearly oak
