Aroma: clearly the sherry - many dark fruits and an elegant spiciness - then honey and oak.
Taste: very pleasant mouthfeel - creamy-soft with notes of plums and dates, raisins and blackberries - followed by toffee and honey, again the slight oak note
Finish: long, fruity finish
