60% Fresh Sherry Hogshead
40% Refill Sherry Butts
Aroma: Sweet at the beginning - clearly fresh orange and honey-soaked honeycombs, with jam and toffee - then aromas of mint, liquorice and dark chocolate develop
Taste: strong and mouth-filling with elegant spicy notes - especially white pepper, some grass and orange peel - very harmonious between sherry, vanilla and oak
Finish: now the typical salt note of Springbank - reminiscent of salted pastry, plus some peat, cocoa and coffee beans
