Tobermory is a perfect entry-level malt of the Scottish island whiskys.
Nose: light and fresh with aromas of roasted cereals, slightly spicy - pronounced ginger and delicate oak notes
Taste: pleasantly sweet, again the oak, with dried fruits, honey and some cinnamon - in the background a bit smoke
Finish: long finish with a very elegant pepper note
