The Single Malt was refined in former first-fill Oloroso Sherry, Troncais Oak Cognac and Colheita Vintage Port casks.

- Nose: clear aromas of caramelized pears and ripe peaches, which become spicier afterwards the scent of cinnamon and nutmeg
- Palate: full and complex with pronounced notes of dried fruit - clearly apricots, peaches and raisins, along with wonderful notes of dark chocolate and candied ginger
- Finish: very long and rich in the finish - the fruits are present again, then warm, spicy tones come to the foreground
