A 14-year-old Dailuaine from an exBourbon Hogshead has bottled Wemyss - a fresh-spicy single malt whiskey.
Aroma: fresh and green, with sparkling cider and sweet apple juice - some lemon sorbet
Taste: reminiscent of grandma's sweets - pear drops, apple rings and melon - then like a forest walk after the rain - wet moss, pine cones and freshly beaten birch wood
Finish: soft agave syrup with sweet birch sap
