For over 17 years, this single malt whiskey matured, first in Hogsheads, then for 55 months in an exOloroso sherry-butt.

Aroma: clearly the sherry - sweet berries and dried fruits, with caramel, menthol and a pleasant spice, some oak - with a little water, tropical fruits and milk chocolate join
Taste: balanced sweet and fruity, the hogshead and the sherry butt go hand in hand - clearly the sherry, vanilla, nuts, chocolate and spices
Finish: balanced and well-balanced - mild fruits paired with a pleasant spice

Einer meiner besten Whiskys die in geniessen konnte. Sehr lecker und das Single Cask triftt genau meinen Geschmack.
