In the Limited Rare Bottling series, Glenfarclas fills a selected vintage of ex Oloroso sherry casks.
A noble single malt whiskey with a color of dark amber.
Aroma: complex sherry and fruit aromas, some marzipan and chocolate
Taste: ripe red berries, dark plums - unmistakably the sherry! accompanied by almonds, sweet Demarara sugar and dark chocolate
Finish: almost endless long finish with a lot of sherry influence and again the dark chocolate

Sehr guter Sherry Whisky, ehrlich und einfach :Glenfarclas, der 1993 ist noch etwas besser aber nicht mehr verfügbar

Für mich die Entdeckung des Jahres. Alle aus der Zeitspanne 1995-1997 mit Lagerzeiten von 19-23 Jahren sind überragend. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
