Named after the founder of the distillery, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr.
Aroma: elegant spicy aromas, lots of oak, juicy figs and plums
Taste: sweet and mouth-filling, fruity with notes of oranges and peaches - pipe tobacco in the background
Finish: very long finish, again the fruits, slightly spicy and now more dominant the tobacco
